Our team of licensed professionals and volunteers delivers in-person mental wellness workshops at prisons, supplemented by an online resource center full of meditations, music and additional training. Peer-reviewed studies show that improved mental health reduces recidivism, and our client feedback continually demonstrates that we are delivering powerful change.
